Talking CHEAP DIY 4th AXIS SETUP (MDF BASED) - MUST SEE

Any body who want to install cheap MDF based 4th axis on machine, must see the following thread

That's really a nice addition to your machine Khalid! It couldn't be much simpler than that. Good job.

I have to say it though, somebody I know personally would have to make one from red oak and purple heart to make it look right on his own machine.

So now I suppose you are going to design a simple means to rotate the router front to back and side to side. (axes B and C?)

CarveOne, May be I will make a jig to hold the router 90 degree, but currently I am not planning to motorized myB-axis

5-Axis CNC is on my drawing board, Hope I will finish it within two weeks, and building will offcourse take a couple of months
