EDM schematic

found this in mytravels: http://cscott.net/Projects/FabClass/final/edesign1.html

maybe the gurus here could take a look at this and enlighten us as to what type of power supply this is and whether or not this will work on a wire EDM.

I certainly would not recomend using it, if anything it will certainly blow the wire to pieces the first instance that erosion (sparking) commences.

Hi,

Maybe I can help you out. I used to work for Eltee Pulsitron from 1981 to 1986. I was the head of the test floor and Sr. Electronic Tech there for 5 years. At the time that LT closed there doors, I went out on my own and started repairing these machines here & there. I haven't done any in recent years but I still have some parts and components. I remember alot of the machine & circuits. I don't have any schematics but I can make one from a board. Where is the machine located?

Hi,

I know it's been quite some time but I don't usually go into this emaill account too often. I have read what you posted but I have a little trouble understanding what you typed.

"Can you please share available information for the subject matter I have recently bought 2 nos of second hand machine without documentation."

What is " ........subject matter I have ....."?

Also what is " ......recently bought 2 nos of second ......"?

You can send to me direct at KB2JXM@Yahoo.com
