Rutex PID Tuning Help?!

Just wondering if anyone could give me some tips on successful PID tuning on an R2020 drive.

I've spent an entire day putting values into the tuning software and I just cant get it right. The closest I could get was a 5 step overshoot and I couldnt get it down anymore than that without ruining other characteristics of the servo response.
