rewrite BIOS of hitachi VK45

Is there someone who has an idea how to rewrite the bios of my VK 45. the problem is this way, the machine stood still for about 2-3 months before I bought it. now my the bios is totally empty and I cant start up the main computer(due to a empty battery). I know that it is possible to reach the bios by an external PC with RS 232 connection. only I need the software for that and I need the procedure. I think! that the parameters on a extra deliverd CD-rom, only I am not sure or that are only the machine parameters or also the bios parameters, how can I see that?
