TL1 takes up the slack

When our SL10 and SL20 get really busy, the TL1 often gets us out of a jam by taking care of the odd small lot orders. This job required no manual tool changes due to the gang toolholder. Anyone else?

Even with the toolchanger gang tooling is sometimes needed and for large parts it is a juggling act. First two pictures show five operations; drill, bore, turn OD, thread ID, thread OD with the drill inside the hole. Third picture shows two mating parts done with a total of six tools. I have used up to eight tools but three of them were spot drill, drill and tap so that was not too complicated.
