Sliding door tracks and rollers

can sliding door tracks and rollers be used to build a cnc plasma table? would they be accurat enough?

I think you would have accuracy issues with what you are considering. The easy way is to use a tube and use ball bearings on the top and sides. When you make the axel for the bearings just incorperate an eccentric in it so you can adjust the bearings close to the tube ( or shaft) to take the play out
