Dialog Digits

I'm currently using BobCad 19 and am having trouble setting the number of places to the right of the decimal that are being displayed when adding dimensions.
According to page 140 of the version 18 manual, if you go to menu option 'File - Environment', then select the Coordinates Tab, the option "Dialog Digits refers to the number of decimals to the RIGHT of the decimal point for all displayed coordinates including dimensions".
Mine is currently set to '4', but when I add a dimension to the drawing it is only displaying '2' digits to the right of the decimal.

What am I missing?

Go to "Change" then "Attributes" then "Dimensions" tab then look at the Value area and change the default "decimals" 2 to 4.
