HAAS mini lathe

Hi,
Is there anybody using such a machinetool
Now we own HAAS TRM-1 and it'll make it's first cut in a day or 2
Our company is also workin in field of small turned parts in big Quantities (100000 pcs/month). We are subcontractor for FESTO here in Bulgaria
At the moments FESTO want us to increase the number of parts
We are now working with 1 Tsugami CNC lathe with single barfeeder and 1 Citizen F16 and 3 mechanical lathe automats
All lathes are working in 24 h a day
Is HAAS minilathe with 1m barfeeder that HAAs is offering is strong enough to take such work
The parts are 8-12 mm dia with thread and knurl

Regards : Martin

Here is a link to an article about a high production shop that uses one of Haas' mini lathes.

Remember though this is Haas' magazine.

I'm not sure what do you mean
If it's that I'm looking for cheap machinetools?
The answer is:
I'm working in Bulgaria- Eastern Europe
We are working at about 4-5 USD/hour - price that custemer pays.
And the reason for FESTO to work with us is that our
price/quality is very good. We are also ISO9000-2000 certified by TUEV NORD Germany.
There are other copmanies here in Eastern Europe that also provide such low prices. So I have to make good parts at lowest prices to stay in busines .

Regads: Martin
P.S. I'm working for FESTO 3 years now. My company TECHNOMACHINEX Ltd is 10 years old .Also we are manufacturin Injection molds for plastics, Mechanical parts for automation and sheet metal parts
