Thomson Saginaw 5/8" 5TPI worked well enough for me on my Grizzly(which is made by the same company).
Around $12 a foot for the ballscrews, and about $25 for the ballnuts. 0.0004" lead accuracy per ft.

Works great with G201's

Check out http://www.reidtool.com..........they keep em in stock(turned down ends or blanks)and super quick delivery.
Theyve got alot of linear motion stuff as well.

CNCnUtz.... You are off by one zero on your lead screw accuracy. it is .004 per ft. Right now Reed tool is out of 5/8" .200 pitch ball nuts and also some of the 5/8" ball screws I have been waiting for my order for over a week now.

I'm going to order them this week. BTW did you add thrust bearings to the X axis? I'm going to add thrust bearings to it.

I just used two deep groove bearings mounted against eachother in a custom bearing assembly I made, and left it free at the opposite end for now(along with the y axis..............its not like Ill be getting 100ipm rapids out of it, and I havent seen a problem with that config yet).

I didnt want to lose any more travel than necessary in the x.

And I didnt want to weaken the base casting, by removing enough of it to properly mount bearings, to fix the y ballscrew assembly on both ends. So it is mounted on only one end too.

I used the original thrust bearings that came off of the x axis on the Z axis ballscrew.

Did the ball nuts fit, or did you have to modify the bed? They are 1"sq and 1" thick.

I had to remove some of the saddle so it would fit nicely, but not much.
