    Default And yet another first homemade router

    Here is my router I have cobbled together out of scrap alum. and other items from the scrapyard. I have only run a few files, but so far everything is working out well. Table travel is something like 24"for x,14 for y and 3.5" on z axis. Leadscrews are 1/2-13 rod, 26000 steps per inch on my microstepping drives.

    Here is the Z axis, the weakest part of my machine, I plan on running a laminate trimmer or foredom tool for cutter.
