Here's a project you might be interested in.If I remember correctly it use a 1/16" bit on 1/8" MDF.

today files I will post 2 aday but would like to se more upload Jimini you eagle is a nice file. The file below are of fish also will remove files once a week to keep stored data down on my system

here one more I found 8" x 24" riser block 3.75 center distance for slot

I used a 1/8 ball end.
