PRC laser machine....info please

Wonder if anyone on this forum has experience with PRC lasers?
They are located in NJ, and I am looking at one of their machines (used).
I know nothing about Lasers. This machine is rated 440V 30 amp input,
and I'm trying to find out what the cutting power would be.
Also, if the company still supports this equipment.
I have the model number but need to get the serial number.

Email direct: DK1machine@yahoo.com

thank you
dk

We have a 5000 watt PRC. 2 years old now, only a few minor problems. Its had one HV powersupply fail, an output coupler replaced, and they upgraded the controllers for the turbines. Beam mode is good, overall not a bad machine. Its attached to a Ozy made BLS laser cutter. We are in north Australia, pretty hot and they had to make a few modification to keep the machine temperatures down, bigger chiller, etc.
