Casting investment around portland oregon or cheap shipping?

Anyone know of somewhere i can get around 25-50 pounds of casting investment around portland oregon? or somewhere i don't have to pay a ton for shipping.

I don't know for sure but have you tried Lagrand or Freemans? They both handle pattern making and foundry related materials.

A few months back, I spoke to some people at Far West Materials in Walla Walla when I was hunting for an investment material source. If I remember correctly, they said they could get it and supply though a local vendor. Local to Portland, that is. They also sell metal ingots, investment wax, and other foundry stuff.

If you try out their foundry materials, give a shout back to this thread about how it went. I order urethanes and silcones from them regularly, but never did end up buying any foundry material.
