Different machines may have different prog. numbers,i work on s33 and prog. starting on 7xxx are grinding wheel programes,do you remember what was this prog for?
Ok,it sounds like a disengage function...on my machine the last command of any program is marked M30 which is basically the end of part program,which stops the wheels(cutters) and opens the doors I m pretty sure
...although the disengage function is accessable on fanuc program window....basically you can edit the program and add pictogram of disengage then the machine will automatically calculate the route of tool exit away from the part and move the x and y to original positions....
....how the lack of this prog affects the machining?are there any error massages given?
ok mate just check my machine in work today and this is how 07910 program looks on my s33,if you deleted yours then you gonna have to write it again,there it goes:
07910 ;
B50. ;
B51. ;
G9679 ;
G4 X1 ;
M30 ;
%
if you still got any trouble just give me a shout,our machines are pretty similar.
Can anyone send me all the subprograms of a STUDER S20. All of them were lost during a power outage...
I would appreciate it.
Thanks in advance. Bye Frank
