TU48 Tape emulator (on PDP-11)

Hello all,
I developped a Windows software in order to emulate TU48 tape player (an old numerical drive, mainly used to store PDP-11 bios). PDP-11 is used for example on Aciera milling machine.
This program uses the RS-232 link of PC (serial link) to communicate directly to the PDP. It can both get the bios data from the PDP and store it on the PC or send the saved data to the PDP.
I wrote this program to avoid all the mechanicals problems raised by the TU48. It works fine on an Aciera F55 and an Aciera F45.
If you're interested in, Email me.

I once made up an in-slot hardware card for a CNC PDP-8 (12 bit) for RS232 to essentially do the same thing, do away with the Teletype Punch/Reader which ran around 300 baud.

The next stage would be to emulate keyboard and screen, which raises some big problems too, and whom controllers communicate with the PDP using a serial link too.
If you have any suggestion...
