I bought a used router at an auction a few years ago.
I got all the latest software, new pc, even had to get a new board for the controller so it would work with the new pc.
I did learn it and cut some alum panels. Now it has set maybe a year and got another order and new products.
Problem,
During the program in the Y+ direction it cuts apro .200 deeper in the 4ft. It is a constant taper. Almost like the table isn't flat. But everything is in great shape and table was surfaced after I set it up.
I did use the height gauge at 0,0 and manually run it across the table it is ok. But when it is in the program, it drops.
It there any way to display while it is running so I can see what it is doing and how far it is dropping?
Even though the pc was new its not top of the line and locks up and will shut down. Could this be the problem or the controller?
Thanks,
Todd
