Not much to it a bracket and two pulleys for a 23 size stepper get your machine running pick you up a rotary table then mount your own nema 23 on it with another geko drive be a lot cheaper and fun project.
Shopmaster offers a CNC rotary table for 499.00- they also offer a kit to upgrade a standard table to CNC- anyone have any experience with the table or the upgrade kit?

Its not too hard to add a stepper motor to any rotary table if you are just looking for CNC. What is nice about the Shoptask model is that they have designed it so you can still operate the rotary table manually and also still have the use of your dividing plates and sectors. All without having to remove any of the CNC stuff. A simple design, but after looking at it, its clear that a lot of thought went into it. Also, the entire assembly can rotate around the axis so the table can be used horizontally or vertically.
I actually bought one of these with a project in mind, but never ended up using it.
If you're interested in buying one for less than retail, let me know.
