Shoptask Shield

This is my first post on this forum. I've been lurking for a while and found a lot of valuable info.
I have a Patriot that is set up for CNC and I'm getting tired of cleaning up chips all over my garage. So, when looking for options on enclosures I found the one posted here that JT offered on the older models. I asked him about it and he isn't having them made anymore. I'm wondering if anyone out there has one they'd like to get rid of.

Thanks
- Sean

Sean,
I would think it should be fairly easy to make something out of plexiglass and 1" angle iron. Maybe a piece of piano hinge for an access door. Or I saw where one guy built a stand out of PVC tubing and hung some plastic sheeting from it. He put it behind his machine and just blew the chips off the machine into the sheet. They dropped to the floor at the base and were pretty easy to sweep up then. Actually if you made a loop at the bottom to collect the chips, you'd just have to pick up one side and pour them into your waste container...

Thanks for the response. I'm building up an 8020 enclosure right now. I'll post up a cad model when I'm done.
