How to lubricate!!!

I know that this is a dumb dumb question, but how on earth is someone supposed to lubricate those tiny ball bearing looking oil locations. They are scattered all over the machine and its clearly a location to add lubricant but I can not figure out how to get the lube inside them. Also, any ideas as to exactly which lubricant I should be using?

Just use an oil squirt can- depress the ball with the tip and start squirting in the oil- some will go down the passage and a lot will run out on the machine.
There are a lot of fancy special oils that are hard to find and expensive, but I use Marvel Mystery oil from Wal Mart- works on bearings, bushings ways etc.

I use transmission oil Dextron III from WalMart as to the headstock oil and way oil. 30 weight oil non-detergent for the bearings. Mystery Oil smells nice but it kicks off my asthma. Way oil I just wipe the junk off the top of the ways, then drizzle Dextron on top of ways. There are felt pads encased under the metal covers in the way oilers to mine.

Eagle Model No.33 Pump Oiler, Wellesburg, West Virginia fits those little orifice oilers nicely. The tip has a rather interesting design that lessens leakage. I measured the orifice with an inside caliper and looked around to my local hardware stores. Model 33 has been discontinued but e-bay has it here:
