great, i am sure you will be pleased.
i think he told me 34 machines were in one container.
did you order ball screws and cnc?
get some pictures we all want to see.
Had J.T. hold mine at his shop for an extra week because I was out of the country.
Picked it up from the freight company yesterday. Got it into the shop, uncreated, all the extras unloaded from the skid and gave up for the night.
Thought I would get it put together tonight but all the grand children came over and the littlest one wasn't as impressed with the shop because the big open space wasn't there to play in anymore. So we done other stuff.
Did any body ask J.T. how many machines he had in this shipment?
Lots of great retofits bring done here.

Sorry it took so long for to gat back with a reply........
My machine has
4 axis DRO.
4axis CNC
Servo motors.
Ball screws.
Servo rotary indexer table.
Just wish I had the time like I want to get it setup and running...
Did everybody get all the standard accessories that the web site and phamphlet (spl) has listed ???
Also has anybody asked J.T. if or when we are going to recieve the new owners manual, decals, and spindel counter or feed back indicators so we can threads and monitor rpm in mach program... ( If nobody knows I will call and ask but I don't want to bother with a question he has allready answered for someone else.)
ok i can anser those.
you should be missing the steady rest.
the optical sensor and decals.
i just recieved my optical sensor to cut threads. i havent had time to mount it.
i am still waiting on the steady rest.JT says they will ship as soon as he has one.
decals as far as i know will ship when he gets them.
owners manual will ship when he gets then.
i hope that helps.
bowman
Thanks
I'll have to take closer invetory and get in touch with J.T. so he can put me on the M.I.A. parts list.
Got it set in place. Got the 220 wire ran to it. Fired up the spindles to see if they worked, which they did. ( A lot of whine from the motors or the vfd at slow rpm's.)
Now I am in the process of putting limit switches on before I try moving the axis under cnc because I don't want to damage anything if I have an axis run away.( I know I can take the belts off but, the limit switches are going to be there soon or later and I would rather work on a clean machine. )
That is not the only hold up as the computers I was going to use to operate the machine now have malfunctions. ( One the dvd rom broke and the other one won't let me do a clean install of windows XP, keeps telling me there is a croupt (spl) driver and shuts down.) Will be looking for a new one this week.
Thats the way life works I guess, waited all that time for it to get here, its here now and I am still waiting to cut chips.
