    post or ?

I'm building a scribe to run with my plasma.

I have a dyna cnc table with the mp1000 floating head post for sheetcam.

Would you have a modifyed post so that when you choose tool "X" (the scribe) it puts in a offset say x 4.2 y 3.25 because it sits by the plasma torch off to the side.

OR is there another way to do this?

I just don't know how to go about it cause if I zero the torch the scribe won't mark in the rite place cause it's offset from the torch like the torchmate system on there page.

    Thanks for any input.

Contact me direct and I can get you a SheetCAM post that allows multiple Z heads and provides auto -select based on a tool number and does an auto preset offset for X and Y. It will work with the MP1000. If it uses the same Z axis then it can be programmed to run the scribe and even trigger an aux output to activate the scribe.
