| Rotating parts for nesting How do you rotate a part when nesting?

| at the bottom of the screen, there is a toolbar. Next to the letter "A", it has the degree of rotation. Just tell it how much you want the selected part to rotate. Next to that is your X and Y mirror. this is a quick and easy way to flip and mirror parts 180 degrees. EDIT: you can also use your arrow keys to slowly change the angle. Make sure while you are nesting you click on the part you want to move. You can drag a box around all of them if you want to rotate them all.

| Edit: you can save the modified part as a part file, and next time open the same modified part and re-array as needed, or just do a full array of them, etc. and save that as a part file.

I see the X & Y boxes but no mirror command

click on those, it will mirror the part in either X or Y, or both together.

You should also make sure you have V4.25 or newer downloaded. Some older versions won't allow these options.

| I figured it out, its the '<' and '>' keys that rotate the part. Thanks for the suggestions anyway. |
