    PRoblem seeing dxf lines

I'm using the latest Sheetcam, and Autocad 200i, I've got two DXF files ( version 12 ) that are nearly identical in content and as far as I can see , ARE identical in setup and settings. I can load the one up into Sheetcam no problem, create my cut paths, create G-code, no problems! But the othe rone, it shows as nop drawing lines - it's blank. Anyone got any suggestions? The file loads in Autocad just fine.
I'm so frustrated at all this crap - scales wrong, no one reads a pdf, can't use this, can't do that, I've gotten ONE dxf file to cut in 6 weeks. I'm REALLY frustrated.

Post the 2 files here and I'll see if I can find the difference for you.
