I almost have this demo figured out! My only problem now is the automatic finding of holes. I have some small patterns that I'm cutting that have tiny enclosed areas that aren't really holes and I don't want them drilled/milled, but Sheetcam is finding them and attempting to drill them. I've messed with the hole settings, but can't get Sheetcam to stop finding and milling them out. Mind you, these are small - a 1/16" mill, if plunged like Sheetcam wants, will destroy the pattern. Is there a way to tell Sheetcam to ignore these holes? Thanks! Mark |

| Can you put them on a different layer and do it that way? I haven't used SheetCAM since the early betas, so I can't be more specific.

Yup - that did it! I didn't even think about a new layer strategy, but that worked perfectly! Thanks, Mark |
