Hello,
Is anyone using SheetCAM to make the tool paths for a Dynatorch Controller.
I'm wondering about the settings in the tool library for Dynatorch and the settings for the tools in Sheet Cam.
I'm assuming that SheetCam would handle the offset or kerf compensation so the dynatorch kerf compensation would be set to 0.0.
Also that the feed rate would be set to 100 on all tools in sheet cam regardless to amp and material so the dynatorch feedrate could be adjusted as usual.
As for the other settings for the tools in sheetcam, should they be set to zero.
Seems no one in the "dynatorch" forum is using sheetcam or they don't want to give any hints for one reason or another.
Thanks for any and all help.

I guess I didn't ask the questions right, but today I got the dynatorch machine working great with SheetCAM.
Really one of the easiest things I've done.
I used the "dynatorch" post processor in SheetCAM.
The only thing I specified in setting up new tools was the tool compensation in sheetcam. I named the tools after the amperage for the consumables used.
Zeros were used in feed rate, pierce delay, pierce height, plung rate, cut height and the pause at end of cut.
The dynatorch controller and tool library was used as usual except I entered zero for kerf compensation on the tools.
Kerf compensation was the only thing changed in there.
Worked like a champ.
Thanks again Les for a great program.
I purchase the SheetCAM program for my buddy.
