| Sharp 2060TC Tool Post Issues We have a Sharp 2060TC with an Anilam control.We had an issue the other day where the tool post froze. Talked to Sharp and they sent me the procedure to adjust the post which did not solve the problem. We took it apart and fixed what we thought was the problem, put it all back together and after one tool change it is frozen solid again. Can't even move it with an allen wrench. I know we are missing something as far as the timing or thrust bearing clearance. Anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it? Any help would be great as we are down.    |
