Tool magazine not rotating backward

Hi,

The magazine can change tool from T1 to T2, but not from T2 to T1 or to any other position that requires carousel backward movement

The spindle put the tool back in the carousel and wait for carousel to rotate, which will never happen, and alarm triggered ( 2027 : magazine not on basic position)

Check your circuit breakers KM3 and KM4. If they are ok, next check the status of your outputs Y5.4 and Y5.5 in the diagnostic screen when you command the magazine to move in either direction. Could also be a bad relay (KA4 or KA5)
