SV-2412 Lubricator Adjustment

I recently replaced the original pneumatic filter/regulator/lubricator unit on my machine. Since this compressed air cools and lubricates the spindle bearings, how much oil flow is needed? If this can be expressed in drops of oil per minute or drops of oil per hour that would be great.
