What all parts to convert cnc jr to servos?

I am looking at a cnc masters cnc jr and am curious what it would take to switch it over to servos later if I should decide to.I dont feel I am ready to convert my own mill yet, so I want to start with one that is good to go.

Her is what I know I would need,
1)three good servos (1200in/oz or larger thats what the cnc jr's steppers are)
2)servo drive
3)power supply

I realy should do more looking into this as I know there are tons of things I am missing.

Also is it realy that hard to "tune" servos? I was just reading some stuff on Geckodrive's site and I started getting a headache trying to understand it all.

This is probably not very cost effective.
Why not buy a servo machine to start with?

I was just trying to find out what it would take to put servos on it say, a year from now. Right now I need a cnc mill that is good to learn with, so I thought one that is ready to go would be best. I cant seem to find one all set up with servos on it, at least not one I like.($$$) Looking into parts to convert one on my own, but I am new to this so it's slow going. Every time I try to look for something I get sidetracked by some other gadget for cnc. O-well, thats how you learn about new stuff right.
