Hi All- Forgive this newb's beginning wiring question. I am wiring up my plasma table after a long build. I procrastinated at the end as wiring is not my forte, and now I can't find any explaination why my MCG ID33004 servos have three wires coming out the leads, red, white and black. All my wiring diagrams only show two connections to the Geckos and don't explain what I should do with the extra. Thanks for the help! Cheers, Erick |

| The internet tells me that... red -> motor + black -> motor - white -> case ground http://www.alstron.com.sg/Motor_MCG/PDF/ID33004.pdf |

Hi, The datasheet on the MCG ID33004 motor can be viewed by clicking on the Downloads Tab at http://servo2go.com/product.php?ID=102061 The 3rd wire would appear to be a ground. Make sure you tie this ground to the frame of your machine to ensure you don't have grounds of different potentials. Good luck. |

| It is normal to take all grounds and ground bonding conductors back to a central ground plate/point that also has the service/earth ground attached to. Al.
