I think you would be MUCH better off buying a nice sensorless vector drive for your Mitsubishi spindle motor (assuming is is an induction motor). Mitsubishi made DC motors for spindles in the past too. The Yaskawa servo drive is VERY much dependent on being perfectly matched to a Yaskawa BRUSHLESS Servo motor. I've never heard of anyone successfully running anything else with this drive. Warren www.uptimecorp.com |
