Hello All,

I installed to a Cinccinati CNC a new control ITRI with servos and drives Mitsubishi MR-J2S700A. In this moment i set up the param 3 and 4, besides the param 104 , 105 ,106 , 68 , 69 , 70 , 100 , 101 , 102 . The type of transmition is by gear, but one of the axis do a jump before starts to move. When it stop its movement the screen shows AL50. The part that is leading this servo is the heaviest of that machine. How i can set up the servo for slow speed and high torque acceleration and the same for desaceleration ?

what parameters did you set to 3 and 4?
the a50 is an over load or over speed alarm from memory???

is this a 700 watt drive or 7kwatt drive?

are you driving it in torque, speed or step/dir mode?
