Could anyone help me I have been getting very frustrated I recently bought 3 stepper motors and a driver board. The driver board is a 5 axis and part # is hy-tb5dv-m the instructions that came with the board is for the 4 axis model I have hooked up the motors to the board I'm using nema 23 stepper motors 6 wires. Using Mach software I config the pins and pots but the motor does not spin what am i doing wrong can someone please help me. The power supply I'm using for now is 12V 12.5amp.

I have the same board with the same manual, if you can call it that.
I have motors turning and would be happy to help. If we could talk on the phone while in front of the equiptment that would be best. I don't know how to send a private message to you. All my calls are free in the US so I could call you if you like but I would need your nubmer if that is allowed.

I can only share what I know so far, am kinda new at this myself. But I did get motors turning.
