Need Hel;!! Panasonic Dv 45 Servo drive

I have a hitachi seiki hg400II with the dv 45 controller(position module) and I am getting servo errors. Does anyone have any documentation as to what the different lights mean on this drive? Or any other info on this drive?

I'm not sure about DV45 controller, but you can find some Panasonic servo datasheets/manuals at the following link.
