| Probley from a plotter. i have two of them and have never found any usfull info on them  |

| For general calculations, the aproximate applied voltage can be found from feeding a DC voltage and measuring the rpm, if the max rpm is assumed to be 3000, then the max voltage to acheive this can be calculated. For other approximate figures, you could go to the CMC DC servo site and find a motor with the same dimensions, probably the 2500 or 3500 series, and arrive at an approximate torque value etc. There is also an encoder on the back, this should be possible to decipher the connections by examination, if the make is not shown.
