I am thinking about using servos on my 4 x 8 router instead of steppers. I am new to this and would appreciate any help I can get. The Cad-Cut is supposed to cut at 200 IPM. Would these servos on ebay do the job.

only two wires? are they bi-polar

Oh yes, I got a set of these as well for a future bridgeport conversion (one day). They have the strenght and speed. What size are your stepper motors that you want to replace?

Joe - Servo's are neither bi-polar or Uni-polar. That is for steppers only. These are DC motors with encoders on them, AKA servo's

I don't know what size yet because I have not recieved the plans yet. He says it can cut up to 200 IPM so I am guessing from the size of the gantry and what it is made of he must be using 1000 oz/in stepper motors. here is a link to the router.
