hi all i need your help for my yaskawa servo driver problems . frist of the problem when the boy made wrong wire connection , he gives one one of the sensors on the machine 3 phases (380V) and powering on machine ... it had to boom and the main power shut down . we found many corrupted resistors and relays in the operator board and main control board ... we change it . some changing happened in solve problem direction . but now i have no move for all axis and if i try it i get alarm ( over servo lag ) and i have signal in all servo drivers screen ... it means ( difference between the motor speed and reference speed is below preset value ) pls. can you tell me what's possible was happend when the sensor was take 380v and now what i can solve it . its urgent pls. |

| There is obviously something still blown on the board the sensor was connected to, could be a power supply or burnt traces, almost immposible to diagnose this kind of problem from a distance. Al.

| hi al. thanks for your reply . so , you mean we must check the all board in machine or servo driver board ? and if you know any thing about this problem and it solve pls. tell me how i can ? and if i can get technical support from yaskawa in egypt ... r u know it ? pls. following with me |
