Help with Bandit cnc /driver servo

I recently got given 4 Bandit cnc systems
One is a trainer that has a plotter (no driver boards)
2 are mostly parts
and the other is a sevo system that
was used on a bridgport very little
and worked a when it was removed about 5 years ago.
I think the logic wors on this machine
but the moters wont lockup turn ect (i alsor tried trimpots)
one motor tunes (By hand) easer one way then the other
The voltage to the boards(driver) is ~75 vdc

One ofthe pars one has bad 5v line (for logic) but the moter hooked to it
has good holding torque.

I think the servo motrs are about 500 in oz.
I also have 3 more 500in oz servos from a parts
machine.
I have thought about going gecko and pc but these motors
have a resolver and that would be more complex
( i would like it to be as cheap a possible of a conversion /fix )
Any help and advice please

It is so expensive to revive a Bandit and keep it running, considering the lack of user friendliness of the system even when it runs well. I'd say retro fit it. Take the resolvers off and use encoders instead. Get some modern drives. There is likely nothing wrong with the motors themselves, most Bandits had beefy enough motors for the moderately sized mill.

yes i would like to do a retrofit
