servos motor controled by stepper motor driver?

i read on ebay some guy was selling some servo motors and he states that they can be controled with a stepper motor driver

i have a fet 3 stepper driver
and i have servo motors with 8 lead encoder id love to use these motors with this driver
is this posible?

When you throw enough If's into the equation: yes.
In real life: no!
