Matching a servo drive to a servo

I have a Rotary Indexer with a Fanuc ac servo motor, Model 5 A06B-0512-B001 in it and I would like to know what Model Fanuc servo drive works with this motor. Thanks For any Info.

I've been doing some research on the drive that I need and I'm coming up with two drive numbers A06B-6050-H004 and A06B-6050-H102. Doe's anybody know what is the difference between the two. Thanks
