AC servo Motor info for 1ft5064-0af01-1-z (Siemen)

Hi Guys,

I'm looking for technical info (specifically pinout) for Siemen AC servo motor
Part No: 1ft5064-0af01-1-z.

I needed it for a 4 axis control project on a Bridgeport VMC-56.

If any technical info can be provided, i would be appreciated.
