I just bought this piece of equipment to modify into a cnc router. http://i50.photobucket.com/albums/f3...que/2b0b_3.jpg It was designed for 200v 3 phase input power, consequently the servo motors and drives are all 200v. They are all Omron motors and drives. The motors are U40030HA-B x axis, U20030HA y axis, and U05030HA-B z axis. They are 400 watt, 200 and 50 respectively. My question is: Since I don't have 230v 3p in the house, should I try and sell these motors and drives and find single phase replacements or should I get a rotary converter and make my own 3 phase? I ask because I'm not sure if these would sell and how much replacements would cost. Thanks for any and all help. |
