Has anyone had any sucess useing these motor with retrofitted 0-10 V drives? I am told the encoder is propratary to Fanuc and most drives can not read the signals, If this is so it seams like I could change the encoder to a standard encoder. |

| I am experimenting with these as we speak. They have to be fitted with encoder with 8 pole commutation tracks. I just took a rest from setting up the timing angle. The next step is to fire them up on a drive. Al.

| Exactly. For a cheap test, I picked up the end of run 8 pole encoders that Renco are blowing out. Al.
