This is a pattern template that is an industry standard used in order to tune servo PID loop and also test stepper motors. I have drawn up the pattern and the path routes, and supplied them in DXF format for a 24"x 24" pattern. It is pretty much self explanatory. I use a pen on a miniature slide over a large paper sheet. If using on a Mill, it can be shrunk or sized accordingly. If anyone want the G code for the 24" version, they could send me an email. Al.
