Hello everyone, Is the someone who could help me with my TEK10 servo drives? I've got a problem when I try to let it drive my motor. I use Mach3 to control my machine. When I give a 'jog' command, the motor turns about 1/4th of a single turn. then the drive falls into fault. after re-enabling the drive I can do the same agian. When the motor is powered but not commanded to rotate, its is trying to hold ist position very wel. When handforcing the axis, the motor forces back. when I let go the axis (motor has no resistance anymore) it overshoots followed with an error again. Then I re-enable again. obviously I use the: TEK10 the motors are a bit like these: (looks exactly the same on the outside) http://www.kelinginc.net/KL34-170-72.pdf only my data says: Nema 34 6.4 Nm 72 V Dc nom. 7.6 Amp. encoders mounted: USdigital E5S-500-250-EG http://www.usdigital.com/products/e5/ which are 500 cpr Control software: Mach3 is there anyone who is familliar with connecting and configuring the Tek10 drive??
