    Atrump Bed Mill Retrofit

I'm retrofitting an Atrump bed mill, getting rid of the old Galil controller using Camsoft software and replacing it with Skyko P100 pixie controllers and Mach 3 software the machine is equiped with Baldor equipment as follows
DC motors MTE-4090-BLBCE, Servo drives LD4-03S, and Amplifier boards LD3015-HS set to run in velocity mode. The Skyko boards are routed through 2 Parallel port breakout boards to interface this all to a Pentium 4 computer running Windows 2000

I have ran Baldors startup procedure for tuning the Amp board and motors. I just can't seem to get the pixiecom tuning to work, the best graph I have been able to get is attached.

Any ideas, the PID setting shown are the last numbers I tried I've been up and down the scale for a week trying to get something to work and smooth out the graph, but with no luck. And it will not repeat the same graph.
