    Output of Encoder of Servo moto??

    Hi, please help me. Please tell me about encoder of Servomoto (smartstep -A series, Omron). It has three phase output : A, B and Z. please tell me detail about the signal output of those phase. what is output? and if possible plz send me the datasheet of it.

    Z is also know as the index pulse this is one pulse per revolution.
    A and B are the incremental pulses. two Waves 90 Degrees out of phase.
    Read up on incremental encoders.
