Hello All i need some help to find some dc servos to power my cnc router table the gantry is about 500 pound i am using a ball screw 4 turn per inch and i have Thompson 50 series linear rails and i want to use a gecko drive i like them and thay work good and are easy to setup i am aiming for 90 ipm can anyone tell me a good site to buy good servos ??? Thanks |

| The motors from www.homeshopcnc.com are plenty powerful. Im using them with the Larken Viper drives and they work great. I'm running 1000 line encoders which gives 4000 counts per turn. I've tried gecko drives in the past with poor results. They faulted randomly when under load. |
