Hello I wanted to ask a question about a Yaskawa setup. I am new to servo control CNC setups. I am building a new cnc router machine and currently have (3) SGDH-02BE Amps with NS600 Indexers and (3) SGMAH 02BAN21 motors. I wanted to know what would it take to make this setup run. Thanks |

| You should not need the indexers if you use a CNC control software (Mach ect...). I know the Sigma series amps can be setup for step and direction operation. I would advise a buffered breakout board to drive the opto couplers in the amps (7-15mA is required.). Darek |

| As HillBilly said, as long as you buffer the outputs of your printer port and make sure the SGDH's are getting the required 7-15mA of current, step and direction software will work.
