| Does anyone know of a good on-line resource for the tuning of resolver based brush-less servo systems? I have a bunch of obsolete parker and amc components that should be compatible (I'm hoping to use them for a spindle drive) but all they do is sing and jerk. They're all nos so I doubt anything is wrong with them. I don't have any real experience with servo systems so I'd appreciate any help I can get. |

| The drive is an AMC SR30A and it's powered by an AMC PS30AB power supply. The motor is a Compumotor Z605, 1.5 kw. The motor has a 4.25v Harlow resolver with red/black, blue/yellow and red-white stripe/yellow-white stripe wires. I couldn't find any literature on the resolver: I'm guessing the striped wires are the reference lines? |
